Sounds insane but I wound up here after leaving class. Just walked, landed here, just like that. Found out I got three options here, obvious which one I went with. Too awkward for prostitution, too weak for fighting. Choice was obvious. Haven't thought about it yet, not sure I can. I'd feel sickened and I can't feel that yet. God knows it'll hit me later.

I got jet lag, probably why my writing's more sparse than usual. Completely stream of consciousness. It's been thirteen hours since winding up here, 11 AM American time. Kinda wondering how long I'll be here. Will I just one day materialize back home again? Hope I'd land near home.

God Linux up, thank God. Archos distros of course. Couldn't stand only using Windows, too repressive. I need something I can work on. Dumped IE of course and got Opera.

Less than a day and I'm worried about Quotient, four legged love of my love. He's skittish around Ryan. My roommate. Will he grow attached to Ryan when he gets hungry enough? Will he start yowling up and down the hall for him as he does for me when he's hungry or lonely?

God I hope there's a shelter or strays around here. If I wind up here indefinitely I'll go crazy without a cat. Fuckin love cats, had them since the day I was born. Least I got a bunch of pics of Quotient in my backpack, that helps.

Hope getting around the firewall is possible. I don't wanna freak everyone out, with me suddenly gone. Ben might have one of his fits when he starts to miss me. He gets like that now. Don't blame him, his family and his day nurse are the only friends he has. Maybe he'll forget.

Damn, now I feel so fuckin guilty. Nothing I can do though. Hope I can meet some other dealers, find out what they think about Toshima, if they knew how they got here. God knows I can't sleep. I'm no edge, going nuts with no snacks, no personal files, and no cats. Even miss Ryan cackling at his screen in the next room whenever his orc does something cool.
